What To Expect : 60-90 Days

Over the course of the first several months you will become familiar with Summa's commitment to providing a working environment that fosters compassionate, patient-focused care. You will also better understand Summa's focus on providing the highest levels of patient and employee satisfaction, as well as our interest in encouraging all employees to reach their potential as individuals in service to patients and community.

What we expect from you:
• Meet with your supervisor to review your first 90 days at Summa. Remember, communicating openly and frequently with your supervisor regarding performance related issues is important to on-going success!

• Complete and return the confidential On-Boarding Survey initiated by the Recruitment Department

What you can expect from Summa:
• Representatives from our Benefits Department are available to review your employee benefits as needed
• Summa's Education Assistance Reimbursement Program becomes effective at the completion of the 90 day probationary period for eligible full-time and part-time employees. To request an informational brochure contact Human Resource Development at 330-375-6124.
